Eat at Catherine's at white house. If you need a cheap place to stay you go to Sandbar, no air conditioning but a good place to stay. And look for Mocha's group if you need an instructor.

Surfing is more fun here!! Dine-in at Catherine's restaurant after surfing. It's very affordable. Awesome bulalo that is good for sharing!! :)
