Don't bother buying Internet. Walk to Burger King. Free and twice as fast and more stable.

Be very hesitant about putting food in the fridge. We had ours stolen even though clearly marked.

Check out cells 1, 20 and the solitary confinement cell, they've been kept the way they were. The architecture is very pretty, and thick walls mean a peaceful sleep.

Near the train station, and u can take free shuttle to go to the station. Close to a subway n chinese take away. If u want grab better food, go to cafe next to dux live

Christchurch doesn't offer many accommodation options nowadays and this is a cool place to crash for the night.Shared facilities are a bit spartan.
