It's cheap, Canmore is a good town to stay but I wouldn't go back to the hostel. The staff was very unfriendly and the beds were dirty

Canmore is the mecca for ice climbing, skiing and backcountry mountaineering. We have three outdoor hockey rinks and a comprehensive trail system for beginners to advanced outdoor activities.

Super happy with the Bear, definitely grab a private room on the cheap. Great place.

The sign saying 'Do the dishes' means rinse eating dishes and leave in tub. Wash/dry/put away only cooking dishes. Sign confuses everybody.
