Pretty dingy. Not in a super safe area at night. OK for the price, but the rooms are small and get hot. But a cheaper alternative than the Marriott!

Ok, last minute stay great price, small clean room, nice bathroom, there putting work in this place...a good sign, close to Lake Merritt but if ur looking for all the bells & whistles then don't stay.

The rooms are small, but very clean. Granite tile and countetops in the bathrooms. I like!
