First room they assigned us smelled like smoke sheets were stained and bed was sunken in. Room was changed key did not work went to desk 4 times. Everything is out dated but staff was very friendly

Quick 2 mile drive to Biltmore Avenue. Get to the Aloft on Biltmore to snag a center of it all limited parking deck parking space for $1.

Breakfast is great. Had to basically beg for soap, and only got two of the tiniest bars I've ever seen. BYOT(oiletries)

Free breakfast, looks like a lot/good...looks are deceiving. What do you expect for the hotel rate compared to other local hotels & free breakfast though?!

Simple, clean rooms. And they don't joke around when it comes to free breakfast - its a four table spread!
