APRHF and Depot Inn sponsor a Trails & Rails program. On select dates National Park guides provide narration on the train to Chicago. Tell the hotel manager thank you for supporting the program.

Nice hotel to be in such a small town. Go for the suite and ask for the first-timers discount! No workout area but they do have a treadmill in the pool area.

Great hotel. Make sure you check out the local wineries. There's small laundry room so you don't have to overpack for you trip.

You can get here by taking the Amtrak Southwest Chief to La Plata or fly Cape Air to Kirksville. Free shuttle service from both!
