Really bad customer service here. I’m a Hilton Gold member and the service here isn’t up to par. Not to mention that the hotel isn’t in safest neighborhood either.

Friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms. Close to the Riverfront and Market Street restaurants and shops!

Beyond everything of the hotel, location, room, free WiFi, the best part by far....the staff. Always willing to go that extra mile for you, to brighten your day, bring you back to earth with a bounce.
