What kind of hotel, chain or not, doesn’t offer Free Wi-Fi, much less non-working Wi-Fi? Also, not all of the parking lot lights are on once the sun goes down, so much of the parking lot stays dark.

It's a nice hotel but housekeeping is slow and if you happen to be there when it's cold the heat doesn't work.

Complimentary warm chocolate chip welcome cookie! Very nice hotel. Rooms are nice. Vague cigarette smell in hallways, abated in room.
