Comfortable en-suite rooms. The Loco bar serves great real ales. 10% discount for CAMRA members.

I've read some unfair comments about this hotel, is a little tatty and aged but that gives it character. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. A good bet for those on a budget.

Not great, but ok for a football night away. 20 mins to exeter city's ground and 15 mins to town centre
