Staff were great, breakfast was slightly better than I expected, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was how long it took the AC to cool down (several hours) even set to 60 on high.

Great smiling faces, complimentary breakfast, and even a bag of amenities (water and snack) upon arrival. Very understanding, although the current construction was a bit of a bother.

The customer service is AMAZING! Not only a free shuttle from the airport, but a free shuttle to nearby restaurants and shops! No need for a rental or a cab.
