Really helpful staff, recently renovated plus you can find everything you need in the mall next door. A good option for accomodation if you're visiting Al-Ain.

Hotel has a well trained staff who create a treasured time to us, Food quality is great, restaurant staff are incredibly helpful, their smile and their attitude exceeding all expectation.

In-room dining menu is very limited. Don't go for lasagna or pasta. Not recommended at all. The veg burger however is good.
