Went to Exmouth without anything booked, could not find anything in town, ended up in Exeter in this hotel - surprisingly decent, though in the middle of nowhere, pleasant staff!

Decent HI Express location with friendly staff. Free wifi is quote good clicking in at ~10mbps which puts a lot of pricier hotels to shame. Late night food options are a Subway and Domino's 5 min walk

Reception girls speak to quickly for foreign. But it's just a tiny minus, cause Holiday Inn is amazing.
