The staff on the restaurant and bar were perfect, polite and very helpful. Leaking baths, broken spa and cold hot tub, room and spa temperature was cold. Spa staff was rude and ignorant.

Pool, SPA and rooms are very cold. Most of sauna&stream rooms are out of order. Also the Casino. Not satisfied.
