Awful customer service. Pre paid for room and told I have to pay an additional £50. Told them to p*** off and left. These are the staff members

They overcharged our group, had to resort to portable heaters in the bar and for lunch in the restaurant the vegetarian curry had fish in! No change to the sign! Stay away!

The hotel was a little outdated but well maintained. The staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms are specious.
