Difficult hotel not 5 star only one key card and no other card works to keep aircon so when u walkin after a day out you walk into a sauna!! Room takes long to cool and break fast is also not good!

Do not understand why a 5 stars hotel do not have 24 hours hot water. The hotel turn off the hot water at 23:00 and sometimes forgot to turn on the hot water in the morning.
