Lovely welcome, nice rooms (dog friendly) and good food. Beautiful location on the water and really nice inside too - log fire and long well served gin list. Perfect!

Food in the pub is very nice. I don’t recommend an overnight stay, rooms are not clean and need an upgrade. #grubby and breakfast was as cold as the weather. Would not stay again.

If you cannot decide between the numerous ales you can get a set of three sample sized of different ones for the price of a pint.

Wednesday is Burgerday: we exerienced a great Veggie- and a Los Amigos Burger, good IPA and friendly staff
