Really upset...Called the reservation desk at 9 this morning and made a reservation. When I arrived they had list my reservation. Not the hotels fault it was the reservation call centers.

Whenever I come to this area I stay here.it's centrally located near food, recreation and shopping. It's very clean & the staff is great.
