Under new ownership. Price is great, SUPER clean, very nice staff. Owner is a good guy. Ask for Scott. Budget friendly place so you can enjoy the charm of the Rockland & Camden area. Welcome to Maine!

The room rates are great! Rooms are basic but spotlessly clean. It has that rt 1 charm. Also continental breakfast! In the cluster of places to stay in this area, I'm glad I chose schooner bay inn.
