5 levels with plenty of books! Great atmosphere. Go on the second level and take a right into the back. There's a quiet room to read and study in. Fantastic for Middlebury students.

The stone leaf teas are amazing. If you need a serious caffeine boost, get the middlebury buzz, a shot of espresso in a drip coffee.

where the hippest students meet their classmates to study for "the big test." also good for homework stalling and coffee fetching.

Avoid the lower level during the day. Construction noise will make it hard to concentrate

One of the best places on campus to write papers, study for exams, and conduct research. It fills up quickly during finals, so get there early!

Look up when you walk in. Take a look at Matt Mullican's mural "L'Art d'Ecrire" Pamphlets describing the commission and the working technique are found at the top of the stairway on the second floor.
