A decent gym, ok as a temporary place. There is limited choice of machines, rarely anyone to ask for advice, etc. Lockers are small, no blow dryers, no basic supplies like cotton pads

Take the swimming lessons here. There's even stroke mechanics and masters' swim for more experienced swimmers. The prices are unbeatable.

Peak hours in the weight room are brutal. Don't come between 4-8. And re rack your fucking weights!

There's only one squat rack :( Be sure to avoid peak hours if you are looking to get your squats in.

Improvise to get your exercises right. The equipment a may not be the exact ones you need but they leave a large room for improvisation.
