The pjalt (special Trygstad flat bread) with brown cheese doesn't look like much but tasted really good! Brown cheese has the look and creamy texture of peanut butter.

Great place for coffee/lunch/cake. Serves a variety of both sweet and savoury snacks. Try one of the local specialties, like "Pjalt", a variant of the traditional Norwegian lefse/sweet flatbread.
