Owner is friendly, but genuine care for your nails depends on who you get. went in for pedi, lady cut too deep, pulled side-nail of big toe to cuticle. infection started next day. Took 2wks+ to heal.

The spa pedi gets you an extra long massage and more time. Regular pedi can be rushed sometimes.
