Be prepared for a short wait, even if you have an appointment. The staff here are very helpful, and take their time with each of your questions (which is why you sometimes have to wait....)

This Apple Store is amazing. A nice guy with a Cochlear Implant works here and translates for deaf/mute clients. When he isn't helping deaf clients, he helps you - and he's excellent!
