Service quite friendly as they are in most Apple stores for the exception of one person. Service was quick and efficient. The store is quite crowded.

Why go to the tourist overrun Union Square store when you've got a smaller, more intimate and less horribly crowded neighbourhood store at Chestnut Street? Totally worth the additional time to get to.

The wait here is long!! They give you an appointment time, and then make you wait again. Writing this message 30 mins after my appointment time.. still waiting!
