This store is usually empty now. Their staff mostly don't know anything, car audio installers stink, and customer service is poor. I think they'll be closing their doors this year.

#WorstBuy are all the same: They will not return a defective product: I bought a Samsung Galaxy tab $599 and was defective - Sales Manager in Maryland shop (Matt D.) refused to return and was rude!
