They have all my needs and never crowded for I despise crowded shopping. No bargains but ultimate shopping experience. Staffs are always there to assist. Chanel department is to die for visit Cecil.

Surprised at how awful service was at the shoe department. Really stuck up women working here that doesn't offer to help. I walked around 4 times until a guy came up to me. Really disappointed!
