Walked in and had to seek someone out to help us. The associate was unclear and slow moving with our purchase. What should have taken 30 minutes took took over two hours. Not impressed.

Quality furniture at decent prices -- but I swear, they have some of the most remedial sales associates ever. I don't know where they get them, but they need to send them back.

Way too many Sales associates on the floor that just follow you around even though you ask to just look. Ice cream is pretty good too.
