This mall is inexplicably empty. It's a great location, but doesn't appear to be managed that well. We only go for the Neighborhood 831 gym.

Potentially an excellent venue but poorly laid out. Poor selection of stores. Needs more food options and perhaps a venue for music and art exhibitions
