Depressing. I've never been a proponent for shopping malls in city centers, but this place has potential. We need one of the developers who are doing a great job downtown, to put some money here.

Unless you want good NYC style pizza or Buffalo/Niagara merchandise then you can skip this place all together. So quiet and there are more store fronts closed than open.....lame
