Great grocery store lots of organic products and has great ready made food. I especially liked the steak caesar wrap toasted. Its awesome!

Pretty decent selection of coffee, including Five Types of Kicking Horse Coffee including Decaf. Also a couple of Italian, & Brazilian Coffees and some Fair Trade.

Farm Boy has an excellent selection of high end cheeses out as samples and they will happily provide you with samples from the delicatessen of cheeses or deli meat.
