A gift card cannot be exchanged or returned with proof of purchase, even if you bought it the same day. There was no way to file a formal complaint. I was given a blank piece of paper.

I love Roth's! They will special order anything you want and not gouge on the price. They also carry a huge selection of assorted drinks. Can't go wrong! A Salem gem.
