Better than Whole Foods, smaller, more local products. They don't have soy chorizo and non meat, meats. Vegetarian options are more limited. Staff is MUCH better than Whole Foods.

I generally get gluten free products at Kroger but Fresh Market has King Arthur Flour brand pancake, brownie, muffin, cake mixes and they're far superior. Highly recommend.
