There's a big and rowdy market nearby but it's frustrating that only a few people speak Filipino/Tagalog. But it's probably my bad because I don't speak Visayan. Haggling here is an essential skill.

Theres a Entrance/Terminal Fee. Not bad if they continue to keep the terminal clean.

Sayang at napabayaan, ang bilis naging madumi at ang daming illegal peddlers... Beware of abusadong mga taga tulong magbuhat ng mga gamit, better not let them, insist if you have to na hindi na lang.

Watch out for bystanders who offer to load your luggage into the bus for you and then charge you exorbitantly for the "help" extended.
