Bank of China and China Unicom is only located on 2/F (arrivals).

The lift does not reach the 2/F (arrival). You must stay until someone presses the lift from the 2/F to exit. Really dumb design.

Best exchange rate for HKD to RMB is on the 2/F and best vice versa on the G/F. 1/F also has FX shop, check all 3!

I wish they had better line system... The Foreigner line includes Chinese citizen... Aren't they considered locals and not foreigners?

The 2nd most used "port" connecting HK and Shenzhen, not as busy as Luhu Port most of the time.
