Holy crap, this place is a goat rodeo. Lines out the door, but still only 3 people working. Finally got through the line after 45 minutes only to wait another 45 to get our car. Total chaos.

I think this was last time to rent a car from Budget. Unexceptable queue and there was just 4-5 agents that are serving over 100 customers! At least 1 hour wait...

This has been a far better rental experience than I have encountered with some of the other rental car companies. I still highly suggest you take plenty of pictures of the car before driving off.

Continue, All dented with high mileage. After changing another car and talking to manager we got a dirty SUV. It took 2 hours and we were tired and frustrated. Not recommended. Terrible branch.

Worst rental car ever! We booked the trip from Costco for a full size car. The reps where only attempting to up sell upgrades but when I said no, I want what I ordered. They gave us a terrible car.
