If you have to go inside the office, avoid Amber at all costs. She's slower than the DMV and might have the worst attitude of any National employee ever.

Not impressed. Even more ridiculous is the lack of signs leading you to the rental car return at Detroit's Metropolitan Airport. A big fat zero!

The BP on Middle Belt Road is a total ripoff. 70 cents a gallon more than other stations. Chevy Impala LT is actually pretty nice, for a rental sled.
