One rep with 10 customers in line. Taking about 10 minutes on each customer. Wasn’t going to wait in a line that long for a car already booked. Went to Enterprise -same car, same price, no line

You need to drive INTO the airport to find the signs as to where to return your rental. Do NOT use GPS! It will take you to the wrong adders!
