Ya can’t use your Shell Rewards at the pump here... you have to go inside swipe rewards, then pay. I found this out by after 5 trials & errors & then calls to customer service.

Don't use the car wash you'll have to go somewhere else to get your car wash to get the slime that that 1 will leave on your car
