I heard a cabin along the ridge has sleeping bags and a guest sign-in. Someone said some loved it and some said they were mad because they thought it was stupid.

While I was coming back down the trail, people were saying if you go off to the left of the trail at the beginning, another trail leads left along the ridge to a cabin.

I've heard the campfires are illegal. Only you can prevent forest fires--not me.

Waterfall is cool but this is a popular trail. Expect crowds and people who aren't up on their trail etiquette. Lots of litterers and people who won't let faster hikers pass them.
